Peach Soup

Four ingredients - peaches, chicken stock, and pineapple juice. Simple ingredients. Pick the best!

  • 3 cups peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups chicken stock, preferably homemade
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • pinch of salt

Garnish: fresh mint leaves


  1. In a blender, puree the peaches, chicken stock, pineapple juice and salt.

  2. Chill for a couple of hours.

  3. Garnish each bowl with fresh mint leaves.
