Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 T. sugar
  • 1 T. baking powder
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 4 T. unsalted butter, melted and cooled
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, blend the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  2. In a small mixing bowl, blend the milk, butter and eggs.

  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. 

    Be carful not to over mix!

  4. Heat a large griddle over medium-high heat. Brush lightly with corn oil.

  5. Ladle spoonfuls of the batter onto the griddle. Cook until bubbles appear, flip over and cook until lightly brown. 

  6. Serve with plenty of maple syrup and butter.
